A Packrats x KNVB Collection

Official licensed KNVB product. Produced in strictly limited quantities.
This is not just
a collectible.
Collectibles typically operate in one of two modes. As objects, or as symbols. This project deliberately occupies the space between the two.
This is a symbol
Football has historically extended beyond the match itself. Into clothing. Into graphic language. Into objects that circulate long after the final whistle. These expressions have always existed. Their relevance has increased.
As football culture becomes more fragmented and culturally layered, the ways in which fans choose to engage, remember and collect have shifted. This collaboration does not aim to resolve that shift. It documents it.

operates at the intersection ofArt, culture and Collectibles

Each release functions as a narrative object. Rooted in identity. Shaped by community. Produced with intention.
Limited, here, is not a mechanism. It is a structural decision.
One that protects the integrity of the object and the story it carries.

1988
1988 marked the Netherlands' moment of completion on the European stage.
At the UEFA European Championship in West Germany, Oranje turned decades of promise into a title. The team blended discipline with imagination, balancing structure and flair. Guided by Rinus Michels and defined by leaders like Ruud Gullit, Marco van Basten, and Frank Rijkaard, the Netherlands played with control and confidence. Van Basten's goal in the final became an image that transcended the tournament. More than a victory, 1988 was validation. A philosophy refined, realized, and finally rewarded.

The Collection
This collection does not revolve around a single figure.
It exists as a system.
One base edition, supported by a series of chase editions, each aligned to a distinct moment in Dutch football memory.

Rarity is not a reward. It is a way of preserving meaning.

Oranje State
BASE | 739 PCSOranje sets the tone
This base edition is designed to stand out. Orange is visible, loud and impossible to ignore. The colour is used to claim space. To be seen, not blended in. To show confidence, not comfort. The form is bold and uncompromising. Strong, direct and built with belief. As the foundation of the collection, this edition sets the tone.

1974
Total Shift
CHASE | 50 PCSA new way of playing
1974 marks a turning point in Dutch football. The Netherlands became known for a new way of playing. Collective. Intelligent. Bold. This edition is built around that shift. The lion acts as a visual anchor. Strong, sharp and disciplined. The design does not recreate the past. It reduces it to its core.

1978
The Second
CHASE | 50 PCSSeen twice, remembered forever
1978 is about presence. Dutch identity, clear and unmistakable. This edition uses colour as a cultural code. Delft blue functions as a historic marker of Dutch craft and confidence. Recognisable, controlled and rooted in tradition. The reference is not the result, but the moment. A second World Cup final in a row. Played with belief and ambition. Heritage, translated for the world stage.

1988
Eightyeight
ULTIMATE CHASE | 11 PCSHistory found its shape
Some designs become iconic by looks. Others by consequence. 1988 belongs to the second group. Silver refers directly to the trophy. Oranje carries unity and pride. History gave it weight. Time gave it meaning. This edition sits at the centre of the collection.

1998
RWB
CHASE | 50 PCSOranje comes from red, white and blue
This edition moves away from kits. Towards national expression. Red, white and blue take control. The Dutch tricolour becomes the message. The colours also reference France as host. A shared palette. Two football cultures. A moving flag. Identity in motion.

2010
The Almost
CHASE | 50 PCSAlmost Kings in lion country
Certain moments stay without resolution. 2010 is one of them. This edition is built around tension and proximity. Heat, intensity and expectation. South Africa influences the rhythm of the design. Movement over finish. Absence shapes memory too.

2014
Flying Blue
CHASE | 50 PCSWhen time flew and the game slowed down
2014 moved differently. For a moment, everything slowed down. Blue leads with calm and control. Oranje cuts through, sharp and clear. The design captures a split second. Lifted from the ground. Suspended in motion. Some moments stay in the air.
